This week, we are thrilled to introduce a guest who embodies the spirit of athleticism and innovation - Kadour Ziani. We were also lucky to be joined by Kadour's sports physio and trainer, Azdine Bousnana to gain a deeper insight into their training methods. Azdine has worked with a number of world renown athletes so it was really interesting to learn more about his way of practicing and how it has helped Kadour in his career.
Known worldwide as a trailblazer in the world of professional dunking, Kadour has leaped beyond the ordinary, setting world records and redefining the limits of human vertical jump capability. His legendary career in streetball and as a co-founder of the renowned Dunk Elite has inspired a generation of athletes.
But Kadour's journey didn't stop at his athletic prowess. He has taken his deep understanding of human movement and translated it into his latest endeavor - a groundbreaking book titled 'Unlock Mobility 7 Postures'. In this work, Kadour shares his insights into enhancing physical mobility, drawing from his extensive experience in high-level sports. The book offers readers not just a guide to better movement but a holistic approach to unlocking their physical potential.
Today, Kadour joins us to share his extraordinary journey, from defying gravity on the basketball court to penning his unique philosophy on mobility and wellness. His story is one of relentless pursuit, incredible athleticism, and the ongoing quest to explore and restore the human body's full capabilities.
