Navigating The Journey To Foot Freedom w/ Nick St. Louis
To kick off the R2E podcast for 2023 we have a special episode with our founder Nick St Louis. Nick was over from Canada at the end of last year for a few weeks and it gave our team a chance to get some great clarity on the vision for TFC and also just to play and connect in person after a few years apart.
One of the biggest take aways for us from the trip was the power of story and how crafting a new story for yourself is one of the major keys to having long-term sustainable change with your health and how collective stories are the driver of changes throughout culture.
And so what we want to do with TFC is really help people shift their story around their foot health, from being a victim of their genetics or circumstances to being an active participant on a journey towards foot freedom. In this episode we explore this concept and give guidance on how to navigate that journey - this is a narrative that we will continue to build on throughout the year and we’d love to hear your feedback on how it resonates with you.
This week’s episode is brought to you by our brand new TFC Community. It’s a completely free online space that we like to think of as private community hall for humans to learn, connect, share, inspire and support one another on the journey to foot freedom.
