TFC Pro Membership Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms By signing up for The Foot Collective (TFC) Pro Membership, you (the "Member") agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TFC, governing your membership and access to the TFC Pro Directory and related services.

2. Publicly Available Information You acknowledge and agree that the details provided in the Business information on this page will be made publicly available upon completion of the onboarding process. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of the information provided, as it will be accessible to the public in the TFC Pro Directory.

3. Educational Nature of Content You understand and agree that the information, tools, and resources provided as part of the TFC Pro Membership are strictly educational and are not to be construed as medical advice. The content is designed to support professional development and enhance your knowledge; it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Scope of Practice You agree to act within your professional scope of practice at all times when using the knowledge or tools provided through the TFC Pro Membership. TFC is not responsible for any actions taken by you that exceed your professional qualifications or violate regulations governing your profession.

5. Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Foot Collective, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the TFC Pro Membership resources. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to the misuse of educational content or tools.

6. Intellectual Property All content, tools, and resources provided through the TFC Pro Membership, including but not limited to materials on the TFC App, are the intellectual property of The Foot Collective. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without prior written consent from TFC.

7. Privacy and Data Use TFC will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By signing up for the TFC Pro Membership, you consent to the use of your information for purposes necessary to deliver membership services, including but not limited to:

  • Inclusion in the TFC Pro Directory.

  • Communication about updates, events, and professional opportunities.

8. Membership Conduct As a member of the TFC Pro community, you agree to:

  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with other members and clients.

  • Avoid any actions that could harm the reputation or integrity of The Foot Collective.

  • Use the resources provided responsibly and ethically.

9. Membership Termination TFC reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement or engage in conduct detrimental to TFC’s mission and community.

10. Amendments TFC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFC operates.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing up for the TFC Pro Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
