TFC Explorer Membership Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms By signing up for The Foot Collective (TFC) Explorer Membership, you (the "Member") agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and TFC, governing your participation in live movement classes, calls with health professionals, and access to other related services.

2. Educational Nature of Services You understand and agree that the movement classes, live calls with health professionals, and any other content provided as part of the TFC Explorer Membership are for educational and informational purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health or exercise routine.

3. Assumption of Risk You acknowledge that participation in movement classes and any guidance provided during live calls involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of your involvement in these activities.

4. Liability Waiver To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless The Foot Collective, its employees, instructors, officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in TFC Explorer Membership services, including but not limited to:

• Injuries or health issues that may result from movement classes or guidance.

• Misinterpretation or misuse of the educational content provided.

5. Personal Responsibility You agree to take personal responsibility for ensuring that any activities undertaken through the TFC Explorer Membership are appropriate for your individual health and fitness level. If you experience any discomfort or health concerns, you should stop the activity immediately and seek medical advice.

6. Privacy and Data Use TFC will use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By signing up for the TFC Explorer Membership, you consent to the use of your information for purposes necessary to deliver membership services, including but not limited to:

• Communication about live classes, calls, and updates.

• Access to resources and educational content.

7. Membership Conduct As a member of the TFC Explorer community, you agree to:

• Participate in a respectful and supportive manner during live classes and calls.

• Avoid any actions that could harm the reputation or integrity of The Foot Collective or its members.

8. Membership Termination TFC reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement or engage in conduct detrimental to TFC’s mission and community.

9. Amendments TFC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TFC operates.

11. Acknowledgment and Agreement By signing up for the TFC Explorer Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Service Agreement.
